Rob Blaine

Rob Blaine was the founder and director of Messy Fun, one of the first commercial WAM video production companies, based out of Austin, Texas, USA.

Rob Blaine was the first person to make me realize I wasn't alone in my love of wetlook. He had listed a small ad or personal in (I think) Penthouse magazine for his snail mail WAM newsletter. I was intrigued, so I signed up. I was downright giddy to learn that there were people out there making videos of women in wet clothes and that I could order them through Rob! My first videos, that I bought by way of Rob, were Nigel's Sunsplash/Minx Movies vids. This discovery was just as the internet was getting fast enough to host image files. So, Absolutely Soaked's brief contributions to the world of wetlook can be directly traced to Rob Blaine. I wish he was still with us.

MudMadPhil writes that Rob Blaine made many sacrifices for his WAM work.

DungeonMasterOne wrote that Rob Blaine was warm and friendly, not afraid to get into the mud himself for the sake of a good shot.

Several people wrote that Rob gave them the courage to explore their interest in WAM, that they weren't the only ones who enjoyed the fetish. He was warm, kind, nice and friendly.

Wamtek posted a tribute of Rob Blaine in his element: https://umd.net/videos/rob-blaine-tribute--paint-and-mud
